The Ministry of Health, Public Hygiene and Universal Health Coverage recorded on Saturday November 27, 2021, 18 new cases of COVID-19 out of 2,580 samples taken, i.e. 0.7% positive cases, 20 cured and zero deaths.
“As of November 27, 2021, Côte d’Ivoire therefore has 61,704 confirmed cases including 60,684 people cured, 704 deaths and 316 active cases. The total number of samples is 1,147,166.
On November 26, 40,768 doses of vaccine were administered, for a total of 4,390,681 doses from March 1 to November 26, ”states a statement from the ministry.
Minister Pierre Dimba invites all people over 18 to be vaccinated in vaccination centers. Vaccination against COVID-19 is free and voluntary.
