The ''Réseau, les Biyougou women of Bounkani'', an association of women from the Koulango ethnic group, wants to help empower this people in the Bounkani region.
''We have decided to unite to accompany and support the care of certain social segments that are very often marginalized. We want to offer the women of Bounkani, technical, material and financial tools that can help them with income-generating activities in order to achieve complete autonomy,'' said the coordinator of the Network, Princess Ouattara Abi Dagbolo who presented, Saturday 08 July 2023, this organization in Bouna.
Created in 2021, the "Network, the Biyougou women of Bounkani" is a set of associations of more than 300 women from all socio-professional layers of Bounkani in Côte d'Ivoire and internationally, with a view to taking an active part in the ongoing development process in the region.
