Ivory Coast-AIP / Inter / Athletics: Ta Lou Marie Josée wins gold at the Oslo meeting

The Ivorian sprinter Ta Lou Marie Josée won gold, Thursday July 1, 2021, at the Bislett stadium in Oslo, finishing on the top step of the podium.

The Ivorian athlete took the lead in the qualifying pool after the third stage of the Diamond League. Aligned in lane 4 of the track at Bislett stadium in Oslo (Norway), the double vice-world champion beat her competitors by covering the distance of 100 m in 10’91 in front of the Briton Daryll Neita (2 nd , 11 ’06 ), bronze medalist in the 4 x 100 m in Rio 2016 and the Swiss Del Ponte Ajla (3 rd , 11 ′ 16).

The Ivorian won her very first Diamond League victory this season.
