A tree planting operation was launched in Gbélégban (North-West, Kabadougou region) by the head of the Waters and Forests cantonment, Captain Kouamé Yao Julien, with the aim of plant 5,600 plants in order to beautify the main arteries and especially to increase the plant cover.
A total of six tree species, including teak, gmelina, tamarind, improved shea, néré and acacia majium, will be planted, announced Monday, June 07, 2021 on the occasion of the traditional ceremony of saluting in the colors, the general secretary of the prefecture of Gbélégban, Diarra Salimata marries Néné, at the public primary school 2 of the city.
